• Refunds or replacements will only be provided if your item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We may ask for photos so we can assess the issue.

• Once approved, we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
